Andreas Kisser comments on the work
De La Tierra, a project featuring Andreas Kisser from Sepultura and Alex González, drummer of Maná, revealed its first single today. The track, Maldita Terra, can be heard below.
The band also features Mr. Flavio from the band Los Fabulosos Cadillacs and Andrés Giménez, leader of the Argentinian band ANIMAL.
Speaking about the project, Kisser said he was excited: “The idea of forming a heavy metal band in Spanish was already incredible to me. Brazil and the rest of Latin America are distant because of the language, it’s good to be able to show that we have more in common than it seems.”
De La Tierra's album is scheduled for release in November.
