A few days ago, Sepultura posted a statement on their Instagram informing of the cancellation of two shows – one in Manaus (AM) and another in São Luís (MA) – due to non-compliance on the part of the production companies D Music and M2F .

However, the production companies have publicly stated their reasons for the cancellations. Among the reasons cited in the statement is the low demand for tickets.

The text also emphasizes that the physical stores Bibicell , Gallery Tattoo , Bilheto , and Bilheteria Digital have no responsibility for cancellations.

Refunds will be processed, but may take longer than usual due to pending financial matters. The companies also provide email addresses in the statement where refunds can be requested:

Manaus: [email protected]

Sao Luís: [email protected]

In the statement, comments were disabled, with the following notice pinned:

"We will no longer discuss this matter publicly. Negotiations will continue with clients directly via email and through legal channels with the responsible parties involved."
