In October, it was reported that Rick Dunsford Guns N' Roses shows for life. He allegedly leaked unreleased demos from the Chinese Democracy . Now, the fan could be sued by Universal Music.

Dunsford was reportedly barred from a show by security and warned of the ban. He describes himself as a "fervent fan" of the band and even named his newborn son Axl.

It is speculated that Dunford was banned because of the alleged leaks. Now, according to TMZ , Universal Music Group is considering suing Dunford for monetary damages.

The songs were obtained at an auction held by a former employee of the record label, Tom Zutaut . Universal, at the time, paid Dunsford $15,000 to sell the recordings back. However, the company accuses Dunsford of not fulfilling the agreement, since the tracks began leaking onto the internet a month later.
