It seems that not even the royal family escapes the clutches of rock. In an episode of the Apple Fitness+ Time To Walk , Prince William admits that he likes to listen to AC/DC in the mornings to have the energy to fulfill his daily commitments.
According to the British prince, there is “nothing better” than listening to AC/DC’s “Thunderstruck” on a Monday morning, when your eyes are still a bit blurry from the weekend and you’re trying to get back into the swing of things for the week.
“The first time I heard this song, and I must have listened to it a million times now, I thought, ‘This is too heavy for a Monday morning,’ but now, when I listen to it, it’s the best tonic for a Monday morning,” William adds. “It wakes you up, starts the week in the best possible mood, and you feel like you can face anything and everything.”
William isn't the only member of the royal family who enjoys rock music. In March, his brother Harry joined Bon Jovi on the track "Unbroken," released to benefit the Invictus Game Foundation . (See below for more details.)
