Dear friends and fans of the band Viper,

As everyone is already aware, the DVD of Viper's "To Live Again Tour" concert has been taking longer than expected to be released, and so we would like to clarify the main reasons and the next steps so that the release can finally take place.

There are issues regarding authorizations and copyrights for some of the songs on the DVD that have not yet been fully resolved. These issues are beyond our control and, especially, beyond the band's control.

We are committed to resolving this in the best way possible, but unfortunately this issue has taken much longer than we anticipated because it doesn't depend exclusively on us.

And, according to Wikimetal's history and the way we work, we would never take any action – much less release a product like a DVD – without having all legal issues fully resolved and clarified, even if this harms us and delays our plans. Just like the band's beloved fans, we at Wikimetal and Viper want to see this DVD and the band's other re-releases in stores as soon as possible.

We apologize for the delay. The DVD will be released, and in terms of content, we can guarantee it's fantastic. We'll all have the chance to relive that very special moment that was the "To Live Again Tour," especially that magical night at Via Marquês in São Paulo.

We're in the final stretch and ask for a little more patience so we can finish what we started together. We thank everyone for their support and hope to have good news very soon.
