The Sacrament Of Sin is Powerwolf's seventh album.
German band Powerwolf The Sacrament Of Sin this Friday, the 20th, via Napalm Records.
The deluxe version of the album includes a second disc with various bands playing Powerwolf covers. Epica, Amaranthe, Battle Beast , and Heaven Shall Burn are some of the bands featured on the bonus disc.
Matthew Greywolf , guitarist, spoke to Overdrive about the new album: “I would say the approach was to expand the territory a bit. I think The Sacrament Of Sin has become the band's most diverse album, with the greatest musical variation and many new elements in our sound. At the same time, I think it has become a fairly typical album in terms of atmosphere and power.”
