Drummer comments on show in São Paulo.
Yesterday's show, June 16th, was Mike Portnoy's last performance with Adrenaline Mob. Regarding the show, the drummer posted the following comment on his official Facebook page:
“The last Adrenaline Mob show in Brazil was incredible. Maybe one of the best we’ve ever done! We played with Lzzy Hale (Halestorm) for “Come Undone” and Tim “Ripper” Owens (Dio Disciples) for “Mob Rules”. Sad to see this chapter of Adrenaline Mob end. I hope that someday on the road our schedules can realign and we can create more magic together!”

At the show at Carioca Club, in addition to Lzzy Hale singing Duran Duran's "Come Undone," Dio Disciples vocalist Tim "Ripper" Owens made a special appearance to sing Black Sabbath's "Mob Rules."
Mike Portnoy announced his departure from the band earlier this month, citing a lack of time. In an interview with Wikimetal, vocalist Russell Allen said the band will remain active and is looking for a new drummer: "We want to keep working and we can't wait for Mike to have time."
