Porão do Rock announces Angra with special guest Kiko Loreiro

The band is one of the main attractions of the festival that will take place in May in Brasília

Angra has announced a show featuring special guest guitarist Kiko Loureiro . The organizers of the Porão do Rock Mané Garrincha in Brasília. Tickets are available through the  Ticketmaster .

The festival has also announced Pennywise, Marcelo Falcão, Nação Zumbi, Scalene, Rancore, Autoramas, Deviloof, Galinha Preta, Bayside Kings, Avalon Stone, and Eskröta .

This is the second show confirmed by Angra since they announced their hiatus. Previously, Angra had announced a hiatus after the end of the 20th anniversary tour for the album Temple of Shadows . The decision was motivated by exhaustion after years of intense work and the members' desire to dedicate themselves to personal projects.

According to Rafael Bittencourt , the band's hiatus should last 2 to 3 years, and during this period, the group will not be working on new compositions. However, the band announced a reunion show at Bangers Open Air 2026 in São Paulo on Sunday, April 26th .

Angra announced in a statement on social media that the show is divided into three acts celebrating different phases of the band's history.

The first act will feature the current lineup, with Rafael Bittencourt, Felipe Andreoli , Marcelo Barbosa , Bruno Valverde and Alírio Netto , with a guest appearance by Fábio Lione Rebirth lineup will take the stage , with Kiko Loureiro, Edu Falaschi, and Aquiles Priester.

In the third and final act, everyone will be together on stage in a grand celebration of the band's legacy, which will be 35 years old in 2026.
