Two years after the release of the album Matriz (2019), Pitty returns with her new project, Casulo , a four-track EP featuring several collaborations.

Released this Friday, the 7th, Casulo features collaborations in each of its songs, which span a range of musical genres, incorporating elements of rock, hip hop, and reggae.

Pitty bets on versatility by uniting names like Drik Barbosa , WEKS , Jup do Bairro , BADSISTA and Rockers Control , in addition to Pupillo and Monkey Jhayam . On her social media, the singer announced the new project with photos and videos where she appears suspended by cloths that represent a true cocoon.

“Life, in its purest form, is cyclical,” Pitty wrote on her Instagram . “Transformation is inevitable. Especially in a year like this, where we were compelled to adapt ever more quickly to everything; technology, new rhythms, new losses, new discoveries. After a necessary period of reflection, it’s time to (re)learn to fly.”
