After much controversy, the series Pistol , about the Sex Pistols , is finally arriving and has gained a trailer that was released this Tuesday, the 3rd.
The production premieres on Hulu Steve Jones ' memoir , Lonely Boy: Tales From a Sex Pistol . The series caused even more conflict between the former band members, leading Jones and Paul Cook to court against vocalist John Lydon , who refused to license the band's music for the production and ultimately lost the case.
Lydon – or, as he is also known, Johnny Rotten – said he was in a state of financial ruin after the legal battle, which he initiated because Hulu series "disrespectful".
Despite all the commotion, the fact is that Pistol will air in a few weeks and its official trailer has finally been released, and the images are pure chaos, of course. Check it out now:
