Roger Waters shared a version of the Pink Floyd , "Mother," from the 1979 The Wall
During the pandemic, Waters was no exception in recording a song in a socially distanced style, that is: on a split screen with other musicians, in this case, Roger's tour bandmates.
In the post sharing the video on his Twitter, the artist wrote, “Social distancing is a necessary evil in the world of COVID. Watching 'Mother' reminds me how irreplaceable the happiness of being in a band is.”
This is not the first recording Waters has made during the isolation period. The musician also presented renditions of "The Right to Live in Peace" by Victor Jara and "Paradise" by John Prine .
