Last year, former AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd stated in an interview that he would like to return to the band, but not with Axl Rose on vocals . The musician also commented that he doesn't particularly like the Guns N' Roses vocalist.
In a new interview with Music Radar, Rudd praised Rose, saying he was surprised by the vocalist's performance:
“I watched some clips the other day of Axl singing with the guys. I was surprised. It wasn't too bad. I was quite surprised, I think he did very well and that's not an easy job, not easy at all. AC/DC is difficult for anyone in the band. I saw Angus playing with Guns N' Roses too. But apart from seeing those clips, I don't know anything about what's going to happen or is happening in the band.”
