Phil Manca is still a relatively unknown name outside of France, where he has accumulated decades of work in various local bands and sold millions of copies with the first album of Eric Lévi 's ERA . Currently pursuing a solo career, the guitarist and composer revives the glory of hard rock and heavy blues in "Dancing Spirits".

The track gives its name to Manca's second solo album, released in December 2020. With explosive technique and addictive melodies, the song mixes the two styles and even flirts with heavy metal in the guitars, which balance clean melodies and heaviness, and the powerful vocals of Josselin “JJ” Jobard . The band is completed by David Jacob (bass) and Eric Lafont (drums).

For those who miss the sound of classic bands from the 1980s and 1990s, with surprising riffs and magnetic choruses, "Dancing Spirits" is more than a pleasant surprise: it's a reminder that rock music continues to thrive and constantly renew itself.
