En Minor Phil Anselmo 's bands , has released its first song, titled "Blue." The track will be included on the album When the Cold Truth Has Worn Its Miserable Welcome Out , scheduled for release on September 4th.
The band, whose sound Anselmo describes as being made to "kill party music," explained to Revolver about the new song, "We chose 'Blue' to release first because it features the whole band, since some songs don't have percussion. Also, the album title, 'When the Cold Truth Worn Your Miserable Welcome Out,' is from a line in the song. Very fitting and creepy," Phil explained.
