In preparation for her Metallica cover album , and now her new album Plastic Hearts , singer Miley Cyrus is investing in reinterpretations of great rock and metal classics, the most recent being the track "Just Breathe" by Pearl Jam .
The cover of the hit from the 2009 Backspacer MTV Unplugged , which also featured covers of songs by artists such as The Velvet Underground and Nico .
Recently, the artist also presented critically acclaimed reinterpretations of songs by The Cure, The Cranberries , and Blondie ; click here to watch .
