Pearl Jam has released a new song titled “Quick Escape.” The track, which will be featured on the band’s new album, Gigaton , released tomorrow, is about a planet devastated by a lack of environmental care, and attacks President Donald Trump .
The track, featuring Eddie Vedder , is worthy of a soundtrack for an apocalyptic film about Planet Earth, and states, in one part, that we'll need to "find a place that Trump hasn't fucked up yet." Straightforward, huh?
Alongside the release of the latest single from their new album, following “Dance of the Claivoyants” and “Superblood Wolfmoon,” Pearl Jam has made available an online game bearing the name of the new song. In the game, it's possible to select a band member to play and (try to) take down an army of alien spaceships.
