Pearl Jam 's Mike McCready and Stone Gossard along with Linkin Park 's Mike Shinoda , have joined forces for a campaign called "I'm Listening ," which addresses suicide prevention and will air on American radio station KISW on September 9th. The campaign also features Stone Temple Pilots and Lzzy Hale of Halestorm .
In addition to artists and interviews with medical experts, the broadcast will feature discussions on how to talk about mental health and suicide with family and friends, what we can all do to prevent suicide, what to do if you or someone you know is struggling with depression, how to get involved in suicide prevention in your local community, and where to seek help.
