On May 27th, the official KISS Twitter celebrated the 47th anniversary of a review written by journalist Patrick MacDonald " predicted" the band's failure.
In the excerpted paragraph, it's possible to read MacDonald's opinion, which has aged very poorly: "I hope the four guys who make up the group, whose names don't matter, are saving money for the future. The near future, because KISS won't last much longer."
Paul Stanley shared the image on his personal profile and wrote: “This gets funnier every year. And to the gentleman who wrote this 'prophecy' in 1974… I hope YOU are saving YOUR money for the future. It's not easy being an unemployed critic.”
