Paul Stanley underwent shoulder surgery on the 14th. The news was announced via the KISS .
Stanley even shared a post-operative photo with the caption: “SHOULDER SURGERY TODAY! How many show-related surgeries have I had? I’ve lost count, maybe EIGHT!!”, wrote the legendary musician who is about to celebrate his 70th birthday in January. “Was it worth it?!? YES! Judge the value of what you have by what you sacrificed to achieve that goal. This was a joyful undertaking,” he celebrated.
Blabbermouth recalls that last May, Stanley spoke on a SiriusXM about how his stage performances with Kiss damaged his body. “Both of my rotator cuffs have been repaired. I tore my biceps tendon about a year and a half ago and that had to be surgically repaired. I tore the cartilage in both knees, and they were repaired. And I also had a hip replacement,” revealed Paul, adding that he is doing well today thanks to advances in medicine.
