Paul McCartney fans will have a great opportunity to learn more about the artist's life and career with the new Hulu called McCartney, 3, 2, 1 .

Divided into six episodes, the production premieres on July 16th and will feature a face-to-face conversation between McCartney and producer Rick Rubin , where the two will discuss Macca's entire career, from his time with the Beatles and the band Wings , to his 50 years as a solo artist.

Craig Erwich, president of Hulu Originals and ABC Entertainment , said: “Never before have fans had the opportunity to hear Paul McCartney share the experience of creating his life’s work in such expansive and celebratory detail – more than 50 years of music that has defined culture. To be an observer as Paul and Rick Rubin deconstruct how some of the greatest hits in music history were formed is truly enlightening.”

McCartney, 3, 2, 1 has Paul McCartney and Rick Rubin credited as executive producers and was directed by Zachary Heinzerling , a filmmaker nominated for an Oscar in 2014 in the Best Documentary Feature category for the film Cutie and the Boxer .
