Paul McCartney released a music video for the song "Who Cares," which is part of the album Egypt Station , starring Emma Stone . The video, directed by Brantley Gutierrez and Ryan Heffington , is a kind of short film. In it, McCartney and Stone play characters that blend humor and mime.
The video is part of an anti-bullying campaign, #WhoCaresIDo. McCartney spoke about the campaign:
“My hope is that if there are children out there suffering from bullying – and there are – perhaps by hearing and watching the video, they might realize that the situation isn't so bad. That it's the kind of thing you can face, laugh about, and overcome.”
