Paul McCartney has revealed new details about The Boys of Dungeon Lane, his upcoming studio album, scheduled for release on May 29th. The album will end a six-year hiatus from the artist without new material and will also feature a vocal duet between Paul and Ringo Starr on the track "Home to Us".

During an exclusive fan listening session held at producer Andrew Wattin Los Angeles, Paul confirmed the information. Although the two former Beatles have collaborated on each other's solo projects several times, this will be the first time they will sing together on the same song, which will also feature Chrissie Hynde (The Pretenders) and Sharleen Spiteri (Texas).

“It’s a duet. It was very good, because we had never done that before. Ringo had never done a duet with one of the Beatles, you know? So, here it is. We did it,” he told Variety via [transcription Folha de São Paulo].

With fourteen songs, Paul McCartney's new album promises a nostalgic trip back to his youth. "It's a recollection of old times," explained Paul, who released the first single, "Days We Left Behind," in March. The music video uses black and white images, even including footage of the bassist alongside John Lennon.
