It won't be this year: in a recent interview, frontman Jacoby Shaddix revealed that Papa Roach doesn't plan to tour or record a new album until next year.

In an interview with German radio station Rock Antenne , he said, "Touring isn't coming back for the rest of this year. I mean, there will be some pop-up shows here and there, but we're not releasing a new album or touring until 2022. We're just going to wait."

“Now that we’ve reached this point in the process, it’s February and I’m like, ‘Okay. Maybe we’ll record another album.’ So it’s like, when we get out [of the pandemic], we’ll just have a ton of music to release and just be lined up to rip for a while,” he says about the successor to Who Do You Trust . “Because the creative process is an integral part of our sanity. My bassist, Tobin [Esperance] , he writes one or two songs a day… And I have this little space right here where I am, this is my little corner where I’ll demonstrate ideas and other things. It’s important for us to maintain some element of creativity so that we can feel like we have a purpose.”

Last Friday, the band released a new version of "Broken As Me," featuring Asking Alexandria vocalist Danny Worsnop . Click here to listen.
