2023 promises to be a busy year for Pantera . The band has just announced a North American tour in conjunction with Lamb of God .

In May, Pantera begins its commitments as the opening act for Metallica . Performances with Lamb of God will take place between these dates and Pantera's festival appearances.

Ticket sales begin on January 27th at 10 AM local time, through the Live Nation .

Recently, original Pantera members Phil Anselmo and Rex Brown joined Charlie Benante and Zakk Wylde for a tribute reunion to celebrate Pantera's history and honor the late Abbott Brothers ( Vinnie Paul and Dimebag Darrell ).

The first shows of this reunion took place in South America through the Knotfest , curated by Slipknot . In Brazil, the band performed in São Paulo in a joint show with Judas Priest , in addition to their participation in the festival. Bassist Rex Brown was not present because he contracted COVID-19 at the beginning of the tour.

According to producer Sterling Winfield , there is a strong possibility that the current Pantera lineup will reunite to produce new music in the studio.
