Legends performing reinterpretations of legends in a time when technology and the ability to share and watch videos via stories were not part of our daily lives? That's what Pantera provided when they performed a cover of Metallica in Lawton, Oklahoma, in 1984.

With Phil Anselmo no longer the face of Pantera and his powerful vocals, and Terry Glaze , it was Dimebag Darrell who took on the task of handling the cover and the challenging vocals of James Hetfield .

The show took place at Hard Roxx, a venue that has hosted big names like Faith No More and Blue Oyster Cult , and that night, the classic from Metallica's first album became even more immortalized by the cover.
