Last Thursday, the 15th, Pantera performed at Vibra, in São Paulo, as part of Metal Week , an initiative of Knotfest and the production company 30e.
The band performed before Judas Priestat a packed venue , three days before Knotfest, a festival curated by Slipknot that will feature both bands. Our contributor Leca Suzuki was there and captured the moment. Check out the exclusive photos at the end of this article.
The tribute band came to the country with Phil Anselmo, Zakk Wylde, Charlie Benante, and Derek Engemann of Cattle Decapitation, replacing Rex Brown , who tested positive for COVID-19 a few days before arriving and returned to the United States.
The band will perform again at Knotfest on December 18th at the Anhembi Sambadrome alongside Slipknot, Bring Me The Horizon, Trivium, Sepultura, Judas Priest, Pantera, Vended, Black Pantera, Project46, Oitão, and Jimmy & Rats.
