The internet kills Ozzy Osbourne, and the singer's daughter responds

Kelly Osbourne, Ozzy's daughter, used Instagram to deny rumors

New year, new life, but the same old rumors. The website Radar Online published an article saying that Ozzy Osbourne is on his "deathbed".

According to the publication, Ozzy no longer recognizes his wife, Sharon Osbourne. The singer also "hadn't realized" that she didn't spend the holidays with him for the first time in 40 years.

"Ozzy is in chronic pain and begging for an end to his suffering. He's so unwell he didn't even notice Sharon wasn't there," the publication said.

Early this morning, Kelly Osbourne , Ozzy's daughter, used her Instagram account to deny the reports.

“Today I had a wonderful start to 2020. I went out to lunch with my family. Then I spent the rest of the day laughing with my dad. I come home and read sickening articles about my dad supposedly being on his 'deathbed'. Sometimes the press makes me sick!!! It's no secret that my dad has had a tough year when it comes to his health, but DAMN, this publication is complete garbage.”

UPDATED (3:41 PM): Now it was Ozzy's turn on Twitter to joke about the situation. The singer's official profile posted the song "Alive" with the caption: "Uh..."
