Ozzy Osbourne will be honored with a lifetime achievement award at the 2026 BRIT Awards, which takes place this Saturday, the 28th, in Manchester. The ceremony will also include a special tribute to the singer, who passed away in July of last year.

Curated by Sharon Osbourne, the closing performance will feature a special version of “No More Tears,” performed by musicians who have accompanied Ozzy over the years: Zakk Wylde, Robert Trujillo, Tommy Clufetos , and Adam Wakeman. Vocals will be provided by Robbie Williams, personally invited by the Madman's manager and widow. The British singer is a big Ozzy fan and a longtime friend of the family [via Blabbermouth].

Stacey Tang, chair of the event committee, commented: “Ozzy Osbourne was a powerful force in modern music. With an unmistakable voice and unique presence, he reshaped the sound and spirit of rock, inspiring generations of artists who followed him.”

Besides being recognized as the "godfather" of British heavy metal and one of the most influential figures in world music, Ozzy Osbourne's relationship with the event goes back a long way. In 2008, the Prince of Darkness hosted and presented the BRIT Awards alongside Sharon and their children Kelly and Jack.
