Ozzy Osbourne and his family announced on January 3, 2025, the closure of Osbourne Media House . The Osbourne family themselves manage the company in question, which is responsible for their television programs and podcasts.

The company's closure culminated in an official explanation from Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne , Jack Osbourne , regarding the real reasons for the company's closure.

Jack explained in a video ( via Blabbermouth ) the challenges that led to the pause in Osbourne Media House after only a few months of operation. He emphasized that the decision was not due to a lack of fan support, but rather to internal difficulties and changes in the industry.

Jack highlighted that he and his parents self-financed the project. However, the impact of the transformations in the media and television market after the pandemic required rapid adjustments that did not happen in time.

Furthermore, Ozzy's busy schedules and health problems made it difficult to produce content, which depended on the active participation of his family.

Osbourne Media House was officially launched in April 2024. In a short time, the company began managing programs such as the podcast The Osbournes and the series The Madhouse Chronicles , hosted by Ozzy himself and his guitarist friend Billy Morrison .

The reality show The Osbournes is the highest-rated original program in MTV , from 2002 to 2005. The series closely followed the lives of Ozzy and his family, including moments such as Sharon's battle with cancer and Kelly and Jack Osbourne's rehabilitation periods for drug and alcohol abuse. Recently, the show returned, with a more mature family, in podcast format.
