Ozzy Osbourne released his highly anticipated album, Ordinary Man, this Friday, the 21st. This is the singer's first album since Scream , released in 2010.
The Prince of Darkness went through a rough patch in 2019 after suffering a domestic accident and undergoing complicated and delicate surgeries. He even confessed that the year was "the most difficult of his life ." Ozzy had to cancel several tour dates, which worsened the situation.
Kelly , Ozzy's daughter, encouraged him to write new songs, which led to Ordinary Man . The album features Chad Smith of the Red Hot Chili Peppers on drums and Duff McKagan of Guns N' Roses on bass.
In addition to the singer's longtime colleagues, the album features special appearances by Slash and Elton John on the title track and rapper Post Malone on "It's a Raid." The song "Take What You Want," which Ozzy and Travis Scott recorded for Malone's album Hollywood's Bleeding , is also on Ordinary Man.
“Scary Little Green Men” also features a special guest: Tom Morello , from Rage Against the Machine , on guitar. Listen to Ordinary Man below.
