The video begins with images of the city of Birmingham, in the United Kingdom, the hometown of Osbourne and his Black Sabbath . Scenes of the city are interspersed with photos and videos of the musician throughout his life.
Visibly moved, Osbourne watches the film alone, and when images of performances or fun moments with family and friends appear, he smiles. The retrospective also recalls difficult moments in Ozzy's life, such as his times of drinking and drug use. At these times, he appears sad.
