Ozzy Osbourne will release a new album in January of next year, according to his wife Sharon Osbourne .
SiriusXM radio , she said that the new project, as well as the recent collaboration with Post Malone and Travis Scott, gave the musician new energy after the serious accident he suffered earlier this year.
“It was a huge motivator for him,” Sharon said about Ozzy’s return to the recording studio. “He would watch some documentary about a band on TV, the tour bus on the road, and he would almost cry. He would say, ‘I miss my life.’ It’s been very difficult for him, but he’s recovering.”.
In January, after recovering from pneumonia, Ozzy suffered a serious fall at home and needed surgery.
