Ozzy Osbourne has long declared his love for the Beatles. The Prince of Darkness revealed that he would love to do a duet with Paul McCartney.
During the latest episode of Ozzy Speaks , Billy Morrison asked Ozzy about someone he'd like to do a duet with. Ozzy immediately replied [transcription via Consequence ]: "Paul McCartney".
Morrison commented: “I think it’s good that we have this show so we can both say, ‘Paul, if you’re listening, it’s about time.’” Shortly after, Ozzy added: “No, I would be honored, but I couldn’t…”. Madman also recalled the time he met McCartney in 2001, saying: “He’s a really cool guy. I was like, ‘Wow.’”
In the same conversation, Ozzy Osbourne also mentioned that the best duet he ever did was "Close My Eyes Forever" with Lita Ford .
Last year, on The Osbournes , Ozzy commented: “I’m a huge Beatles fan and when I met Paul McCartney for the first time, it was like meeting Jesus Christ.”
