Black Sabbath will celebrate their 50-year career with an exhibition in their honor in Birmingham

Between June and September of this year, the Home of Metal will organize an in Birmingham to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Black Sabbath

Black Sabbath 50 Years will celebrate the band's career from the fans' perspective, aiming to showcase the cultural impact and legacy of these heavy metal pioneers. To give fans a taste of what the exhibition will offer, the organizers presented a special video featuring Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler , and Bill Ward talking about the fans and their career.

Ozzy said he has no regrets about what he did and experienced and insists he is “enormously proud” of everything. “It doesn’t matter what people think of me (…) I never tried to hide my accent, and I never denied that I’m from Birmingham,” he said.

“Keep following your dreams, because, you know what? They do come true every now and then. It’s an honor to be part of Home of Metal. I’m just a guy from Birmingham who’s been blessed to have so many dedicated fans throughout my career,” he concluded.

Iommi, Butler, and Ward agreed with Osbourne about having "incredible fans." "I've always believed that Sabbath fans are the most loyal, honest, and open-minded," added Butler.

The exhibition will feature photos and memorabilia from all members of the group. The event will also include stories from fans who have followed the British band's journey, as well as more than 3,000 images from around the world.
