Ozzy Osbourne has given more details about his health for the first time since the cancellation of his Power Trip .
In the second week of July, the singer announced that he would not be able to participate in the festival in October due to health problems. "My body is telling me I'm not ready," he wrote.
Last Monday, the 24th, Ozzy gave an interview to SiriusXM and revealed that he recently had a filter removed from his artery due to blood clots in his legs. According to the artist, the filter was inserted to prevent clots from forming around his heart and brain.
Osbourne said he had the filter removed last Monday and expressed his frustration with the constant health problems. "It's just one disappointment after another. Finish this procedure already so I can get on with my life," he complained.
Ozzy Osbourne will make his official return to the stage at the Power Trip , which takes place between October 6th and 8th. Other bands on the lineup include Guns N' Roses, AC/DC, Metallica, Iron Maiden , and Tool .
Currently, the singer plans to return to the stage in the summer of 2024.
