Ozzy Osbourne received a tribute at the 2026 Grammy Awards , which took place last Sunday, February 1st, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, United States.
The tribute was made by musicians who worked with Ozzy on his latest projects, such as producer Andrew Watt and drummer Chad Smith ( Red Hot Chili Peppers ), as well as Slash and Duff McKagan ( Guns N' Roses ) and singer Post Malone .
The musicians gathered on stage to sing “War Pigs,” a Black Sabbath classic from the album Paranoid (1970), and honor the life and legacy of the eternal Prince of Darkness, who passed away last July at the age of 76. The performance was part of the annual In Memoriam of the Grammy Awards, where the Academy honors artists who have passed away.
Sharon, Kelly , and Jack Osbourne were in the audience, visibly emotional and moved by the tribute to Ozzy.
In addition to the live tribute, the performance of "Changes" at Back to the Beginning by YUNGBLUD, Nuno Bettencourt, Frank Bello , and Adam Wakeman won the Grammy for Best Rock Performance.
