Ozzy Osbourne files application to build home rehabilitation clinic

Musician wants a nursing home for Parkinson's disease treatment in his own mansion

Ozzy Osbourne wants to create a residential rehabilitation wing to assist in his treatment for Parkinson's disease and has already submitted a formal request for the construction of the facility, according to the Daily Mail .

Currently, the Prince of Darkness lives in a mansion located in Buckinghamshire, England, and has requested permission from the local council to create a new area on the property in order to intensify his treatments at home. The decision on whether to grant the request is expected next month.

According to information published by the British tabloid, Osbourne's rehabilitation wing was designed by architect Lynne Walker to include "plenty of places to stop and sit," "discreet grab bars," and "soft, non-slip surfaces," in an environment bathed in natural light, with easy access to the gardens and a separate nurse's apartment.
