Ozzy Osbourne revealed that 2019 has been one of the worst years of his life . The Prince of Darkness underwent several surgeries and had to take time off from performing. But that could change at any moment.
Recently, in an interview with The Sun , the musician confessed to having an album of unreleased songs ready to release and revealed that the process helped him recover. According to him, this will be "the best album I've ever made."
The idea for the album came after he was invited to contribute a Post Malone 's album Hollywood's Bleeding . "I'd never heard of this kid," he said. "He wanted me to sing on the song 'Take What You Want,' I agreed, and then one thing led to another. I started recording the new album with Post Malone's producer, Andrew Watt ."
Osbourne revealed that he recorded nine tracks: “But it was a catalyst for me to get where I am today (…) Before I started making the album, I thought I was dying.” He also said that the work was finished in just four weeks and revealed the name of one of the tracks: “Ordinary Man.” There is still no release date for the album.
