Following comments on 'The Osbournes' about Britney Spears and her dancing on social media, Ozzy Osbourne and his family apologized after the singer spoke out against the remarks. Spears' Instagram profile remains deactivated.

It all started when the Osbourne family, as is customary on the podcast, answered questions from subscribers and viewers. At one point, Kelly Osbourne was asked about TikTok dances and whether she would do them; she said she didn't know how, and that's how the topic was introduced.

However, Ozzy shared his thoughts on the singer's dancing, saying: "I'm sick of seeing poor old Britney Spears on YouTube. Every damn day. It's sad, very, very sad."

Kelly also said she felt very sorry for the artist, and Sharon Osbourne concluded: “Poor thing. It’s heartbreaking.” It’s worth noting that the comments refer to personal videos that Britney shares on her social media accounts, not to her music videos.

The singer's response and the Osbournes' apology

Spears took to social media with a lengthy post addressing judgment, citing actress Kate Beckinsale who went through something similar, and concluding her statement with:

"I'm going to do a photoshoot with Kate and tell the Osbourne family, who are the most boring family known to mankind, to kindly fuck off.".

The singer has deactivated her Instagram account since then, although it's not the first time.

July 30th episode of ' The Osbournes' , Kelly began the discussion by asking the family to apologize for their previous comments.

“Britney, I really owe you an apology. I’m sorry for making that comment,” Ozzy said. “However, it would be better if you didn’t do the same dance every day, every single day. Change up some moves!”

“Okay, I was going to say, ‘Britney, never stop dancing. I love your dancing, it makes you happy, and I’m sorry if any of us offended you,’” Kelly continued.

"I didn't mean to be offensive, I sincerely apologize." However, Ozzy concluded by saying he loved her and thought she was beautiful.
