It's confirmed: Ozzy Osbourne and AC/DC are returning to the stage in grand style as headliners of the Power Trip , which released its official lineup this Thursday, the 30th, along with Guns N' Roses , Metallica , Tool , and Iron Maiden .
Ozzy's performance at the festival is the first announced after the artist informed fans about a break from touring due to his health. Despite this, the Prince of Darkness denies any rumors of a permanent retirement.
"He's doing great. He's much better. I think I told you about it a few days ago, but now it's been announced; we can talk about it. He's going to do a show on October 6th in the United States," Sharon Osbourne in a recent interview .
Power Trip festival also marks AC/DC's return to the stage after seven years without live performances. The band's most recent album is Power Up , released in 2020, which has not yet been promoted on tour.
The event takes place in the United States between October 6th and 8th of this year, at the Empire Polo Club, the same venue where the Coachella is held.
