Ozzy cancels 2020 tour due to health problems

"I don't want to start a tour and then cancel it at the last minute."

On the eve of the release of his new album , Ozzy Osbourne has cancelled all his 2020 tour dates. The Prince of Darkness had nearly 30 shows scheduled in the US and Canada, starting in May.

Ozzy commented that he will use the time to continue recovering from a series of problems that have been affecting him.

"I am very grateful to everyone who has been patient with me because I've had a terrible year. Unfortunately, I won't be able to go to Switzerland for the treatment, which lasts about two months, before April."

“I don’t want to start a tour and then cancel shows at the last minute, because it’s not fair to the fans. I prefer to refund the money now, and when I do the tour later, the people who already had tickets will have priority to buy them again,” adds Ozzy Osbourne.

Ozzy's tour was scheduled to begin in Atlanta on May 27th and end in Las Vegas on July 31st.
