TMZ posted a new video showing Ozzy Osbourne and his wife/manager Sharon Osbourne together on New Year's Eve .
On the same day the video was recorded, Radar Online published a note saying that Ozzy was "on his deathbed." Furthermore, the publication stated that the singer "hadn't even realized that Sharon hadn't spent the holidays with him for the first time in 40 years."
The video shows Ozzy in the passenger seat while Sharon chats happily with the TMZ reporter.
Yesterday, Kelly Osbourne already denied the rumors about her father's health condition through Instagram.
