The Oxigênio Festival announced on its social media this Saturday, the 3rd, a last-minute change of location due to an unforeseen event.
According to the festival organizers, Campo de Marte, the venue where the event was to take place, was closed this morning. "The event is fully set up, with stages, stands, tents, and all valid documentation, licenses, and permits submitted. However, this Saturday in the early hours of the day, we were surprised by the airport's closure, and no one can access the site," they posted on Instagram .
Due to unforeseen circumstances, this Saturday the Oxigênio Festival will begin at 3 PM and will be held at Cine Joia. On Sunday, the event will take place at Audio. All tickets will remain valid, and those who wish to receive a refund can contact PixelTicket (contato@pixelticket.com.br).
The festival also announced that some bands had to be removed from the lineup. Performing this Saturday are Hot Water Music, Chris Cresswell, Hateen, Dominatrix, Bayside Kings, Aurora Rules, Horney, and Backdrop Falls. On Sunday, The Get Up Kids, Chuck Ragan, Aditive, Sugar Kane, Nitrominds, Maguerbes, December, and Join the Dance will play.
Vans will be available to transport those at Av. Olavo Fontoura, 650, to the new addresses.
