– The biggest musical milestone for me in Opeth's life was the DVD "Lamentations," because besides being my first contact with the band, it almost instantly turned me into a fan due to the contrast between the slow, calm songs of the first part of the show and the immense heaviness of the second part. Even the heavy tracks had alternating moments with clean and guttural vocals in a way I had never heard before. After that DVD, I became an almost unconditional fan of the band.
