The band will release two versions of the album, one in English and one in Swedish
Opeth has confirmed that they will release a studio album later this year. Titled In Cauda Venenum , the album will be released in the second half of 2019 by Moderbolaget/Nuclear Blast.
In Cauda Venenum will succeed Sorceress (2016) and will feature ten tracks recorded in English and Swedish, including an instrumental introductory track. The cover art, created by Travis Smith, can be seen below along with the tracklist.
