Carlile has Marfan syndrome

Of Mice & Men has been forced to cancel the remaining dates of its current tour, which promotes the band's latest album "Cold World," due to health problems suffered by vocalist Austin Carlile. The band released the following statement:

"It is with sincere apologies that we are forced to cancel the remaining dates of our tour. We had to cut our performance short last Saturday because Austin was experiencing pain during the show.".

We tried to play in Cardiff the following night, but it became increasingly clear that we couldn't continue and needed to focus on Austin's health.

"As much as we want to play in other cities, we know that we would be doing a disservice to our fans and ourselves by playing under these circumstances.".

Carlile is diagnosed with Marfan syndrome, a genetic disorder that weakens body tissue, primarily affecting the heart, lungs, ears, ligaments, and muscles.
