The American death metal band Obituary fourteen dates for their Latin American tour in February 2025 , including five in Brazil. However, on Thursday, October 28th, the band released a statement announcing the postponement of the tour.
The statement on their social media reads as follows: “We regret to inform you that we are postponing the Latin American tour planned for February 2025. This is something we did not decide lightly and we promise to make it up to you all.”
“We are working to reschedule existing shows on our future calendar and will keep everyone informed with a new announcement as soon as the dates are confirmed.”
"The tickets will be valid for the rescheduled shows. Sincerely, Obituary."
There is no forecast for the new dates, but as previously informed, tickets already purchased will be valid for the new dates.
