The American death metal band Obituary performed on September 24th at Fabrique Club in São Paulo. Our contributor Leca Suzuki was there and photographed the show, which featured the opening act by São Paulo natives Chaosfear – see the exclusive photos at the end of this article.
The group came to the country with the Complete Control Tour, which also passed through Brasília on the 23rd and Limeira on the 25th. Besides Brazil, Obituary will also perform in Bolivia, Peru, Chile, Costa Rica, El Salvador, and Mexico.
Obituary began their career in 1984 and is one of the five death metal bands in Florida, along with Death , Morbid Angel , Cannibal Corpse , and Deicide . In 1990 they released the album Cause of Death , which is now considered a seminal album in the genre.
