President links Metal to good governance
During a speech to the leaders of Finland, Iceland, Norway, Denmark, and Sweden at the White House, U.S. President Barack Obama referenced Finland's heavy metal culture, linking it to the quality of life in the country.
Obama commented: “I would like to point out that Finland has the highest number of heavy metal bands per capita in the world. And it also ranks highly in good governance. I don't know if there's a connection there.”
