Oasis to embark on a new tour and release new music in 2027, says tabloid

Liam and Noel Gallagher are expected to announce dates in Europe, the UK, and North America.

Following their historic reunion tour in 2025, Oasis could return to the stage in 2027, as well as release new music after eighteen years.

According to The Sun , Liam and Noel Gallagher will announce dates in Europe, the UK, and North America. The shows may also feature Miles Kane of The Last Shadow Puppets as the opening act on some dates [ via Billboard Brazil ].

“Noel and Liam are taking a well-deserved break from touring this year to recover. But they know the fans want more, so they want to enjoy the moment while the excitement is high,” a source stated [transcription via MixFM ].

However, the biggest surprise would be the fact that the duo was secretly working on new music. Released in 2008, Dig Out Your Soul is Oasis' most recent studio album. Its respective tour was the trigger that culminated in the band's hiatus, which lasted from 2009 to 2024.

In November, Oasis announced they would take a "break for reflection" after concluding their reunion tour

On November 23rd of last year, one day after concluding the Oasis Live'25 in São Paulo , Oasis posted the following message on their social media:

“And so it happened. The most devastating pop cultural force in recent British history” captured the hearts and minds of a new generation. From Gallagher Hill to the River Plate, from Croke Park on the Royal Canal to the City of Angels, the love, the joy, the tears and the euphoria will never be forgotten. There will now be a pause for a period of reflection.”
